“Photography, at its most basic, is really about paying attention.”
Erin Dunigan's work has taken her literally around the world, seeking to help focus our attention on the stories of people and everyday life in places that may be geographically far away, but which, in their humanity, can connect us.
Technically ordained in the Presbyterian Church as an ‘evangelist,’ she hopes that her work inspires, challenges, motivates, and centers those who might encounter it.
Born and raised in Southern California, she has spent time living in New Jersey as well as St. Andrews, Scotland. She now spends much of her time in a small coastal community in Baja California.
